Make a personalized payment

To confirm and secure your reservation you need to make an initial payment of 50% of the total service cost. This deposit guarantees your spot. The remaining balance (50%) must be paid 1 day before the tour starts.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to shared tours or 72 hours for private services to receive 100% refund. If cancelled 1 day before, a 50% penalty will be charged.

For advance cancellations: 5% administrative fee with 45+ days notice; 25% penalty for 30-44 days; 50% for 15-29 days; no refund with less than 14 days notice.

All rates are expressed in USD and PEN, calculated per person based on double occupancy. Prices are net and include services, guides and entrance fees. Rates are subject to change until official availability confirmation is received.

Services may be interrupted by adverse weather, flight issues or social conflicts. No full refund applies in these cases, but we offer a 50% discount for your next booking as compensation.
